Prepared by

    1. Using a hand blender, mix the water and Potatowhip for 1 minute.
    2. Beat the mixture using a hand blender, add the sugar and Trehalose to the meringue and beat for a further 3 minutes.
    3. Lastly, use a plastic sieve to sift in the flour and almond flour.
    4. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 9 minutes.
