The complex of
Sosa Ingredients
The headquarters of Sosa Ingredients in Navarcles is located in Colònia Galobard, a former textile colony nestled in the middle of nature on the banks of the Llobregat River. Today, this colony, integrated in its natural environment, is a valuable historical heritage. Our complex has an innovative solar energy system, where the roof of the factory is covered with solar panels that convert sunlight into clean and sustainable energy.


Our plant
Our production plant in Navarcles has innovation and excellence as its DNA. The production is organized in totally independent rooms, with differentiated allergens, equipped with state-of-the-art production systems.

Sosa: family business
Sosa began its activity as a family business, producing handmade cookies and traditional Catalan Christmas sweets.

Comercial Artesana Sosa
Comercial Artesana Sosa” is created and starts the production and distribution of ingredients for the ice cream parlor.

Production of texturizers
Ferrá Adrià from El Bulli disrupts the vision of gastronomy and demands new solutions. Sosa Ingredients incorporates the production of texturizers and new ingredients to its activity, hand in hand with kitchen professionals.

Sorting and processing plant
Sosa acquires an almond selection and processing plant in La Granadella.

New production plant
A new production plant, located in a 12-hectare complex in Navarcles (Barcelona), comes into operation.

Integration with the Savencia Group
