Lemon Vodka Gel Sauce

Ingredients

  • Lemon vodka gel sauce
    • 300g -

      Vodka

    • 300g -

      Water

    • 160g -

      Sugar

    • 0,5u -

      Vanilla pods

    • 2g -

      Lemon zest

    • 2g -

      Lime zest

Prepared by

  • Lemon vodka gel sauce

    1. Mix all ingredients cold and whisk.
    2. To eliminate the opaque effect created by the mixture, place the container with the sauce in a vacuum machine and operate the vacuum for a few moments.
    3. The sauce will return to its original color after the air micro-bubbles have been removed.
