Raspberry Cold Cream

Ingredients

    • 220g - Raspberry purée
    • 20g - Simple syrup
    • 10g - Lemon juice
    • 13g - Gelcrem Cold

Prepared by

    1. Mix all the ingredients at cold temperature and blend for two minutes.
    2. Let rest in the fridge for one hour and blend again until you get a smooth, shiny cream.
