Together, we’ve collaborated with renowned mixologist Thomas Trefcon to create a unique cocktail booklet designed specifically for professionals looking to elevate their bar programs. These creations are more than recipes—they are experiences meant to awaken the senses and inspire creativity in every pour.

Ingredients

  • Cocktail: Passion by the Bay
    • 1fl oz - B Solution
    • 1fl oz - Madagascan Vanilla syrup
    • 1 1/3 fl oz - Rum Diplomatico Planas
    • 3tbsp - Passion Foam
  • B Solution
  • Passion Foam
    • 50 g - Passion Fruit purée
    • 1,25g - Soy Lecithin
    • 0,25g - Sugar syrop

Prepared by

  • B Solution
    1. Add all the ingredients in a container.
    2. Blend it with a whisk or directly in the blender.
    3. Pour the preparation in a bottle.
    4. Conservation: Up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
  • Passion Foam
    1. Blend the mixture until the desired foam texture is achieved.
  • COCKTAIL: Passion by the Bay
    1. Add all the following ingredients in the shaker with some ice: B Solution, Madagascan Vanilla syrup, Rum.
    2. Fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
    3. Finish: Add Passion Foam Adamance on top.
