Raspberry Cream Custard

Ingredients

Prepared by

    1. Mix the vegetable drink and raspberry puree.
    2. Separately, mix the Gelcrem Caliente and the sugar. Mix both parts with a whisk and cook while stirring until it reaches boiling point.
    3. Remove from the heat and add the coconut fat and Natur Emul.
    4. Mix until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained.
