We use the texturizer Pro-panacotta Iota, an ingredient that allows us to obtain a perfectly creamy and stable texture, without the need for animal gelatin. Pro-panacotta Iota guarantees a smooth, melting and easy-to-unmold structure, ideal for elegant and modern presentations.
The other protagonist is the Inspiration Almond chocolate from Valrhona, which provides an intense and authentic almond flavor, with toasted notes and a unique creaminess.
