    1. Mix the pectin with the water at 40ºC with strong agitation.
    2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
    3. Remove from the heat and add the praline and the paste.
    4. Emulsify.
    5. Place in the mold and allow to gel for 24 hours at 4ºC.
