Yellow Peach Cold Foam

The technique: simple and efficient

For this preparation, we simply combine the peach puree with Proespuma Frío, mix until a uniform texture is obtained, and charge the siphon with two charges. This step is essential to ensure proper emulsification and a final result that is fluffy, stable, and with fine bubbles. After a brief rest in the refrigerator, the foam is ready to serve.
