Teriyaki Blinis with Yuzu Caviar

On this occasion, we want to share with you an exquisite recipe for catering and banquets that is sure to surprise: Teriyaki Blinis with Yuzu Caviar.

Let’s start by explaining what is a blini? The blini is a small, fluffy pancake of Russian origin that has become a very popular option in international cuisine. In this particular recipe, we have decided to give it an Asian touch using the delicious Teriyaki Sauce from “Sosa Ingredientes”.

But that’s not all, we’ve added a special touch to ensure our blinis are even fluffier. Instead of using the water contained in the traditional egg white, we have replaced this ingredient with the Albuwhip product. Thanks to this innovation, we achieve a light and airy texture that will make each bite a heavenly experience.

In addition, we want to highlight the yuzu pearls that accompany our blinis. These pearls have been made using Agar-agar, a gelling agent of plant origin. To achieve their spherical shape, we carefully place the mixture of ingredients in very cold oil, thus creating small, shiny spheres of citrus flavor that add a sophisticated and refreshing touch to our culinary creation.

Idea for Catering and Banquets

It is important to mention that this recipe is perfect for catering events and banquets. Its elegant presentation and its combination of sophisticated flavors make it an ideal option for special occasions and gourmet parties. Without a doubt, it will surprise and delight all demanding palates.

In short, the Teriyaki Blinis with a selection of caviars are a fusion of gastronomic cultures that results in a unique culinary experience. With the Asian touch of the teriyaki sauce from “Sosa Ingredientes”, the sponginess of the Albuwhip product, and the yuzu pearls made with Agar-agar, this recipe promises to conquer the heart and palate of any lover of haute cuisine.

We hope you enjoy this delicious proposal and are encouraged to try it at your next culinary celebrations!
