Red Hot Raspberry Cocktail

In the world of modern mixology, the search for ingredients that provide flavor, texture, and aesthetics without compromising the sensory quality of a cocktail is constant. This recipe, created by mixologist Thomas Trefcon, is a cocktail served in a wine glass, ideal to accompany a Raspberry Charlotte and enjoy before or after dinner. In this proposal –Red Hot Raspberry Cocktail– we explore the potential of the fruit as the protagonist, demonstrating how innovation can elevate even the most classic creations.

The base of this cocktail is made with Adamance’s 100% Meeker Raspberry Purée, a variety recognized for its aromatic intensity, natural balance between acidity and sweetness, and a silky texture that integrates perfectly into liquid preparations.

This purée offers the authenticity of fresh fruit without added sugars, which allows maintaining the purity of the flavor in each sip. To reinforce the vibrant color and the depth of the aroma, freeze-dried raspberry powder is added, which act as a visual and gustatory enhancer, bringing a contemporary touch to the presentation of the cocktail.

From a technical point of view, freeze-drying—a dehydration process by freezing—preserves intact the aromatic compounds and the natural color of the fruit, guaranteeing stable and high-quality results in cocktails. The final result is a vibrant, elegant, and sensory cocktail, where the raspberry shines in all its expression, combining technology, flavor, and emotion in each glass.
