To prepare these strawberry pearls, mix the strawberry pulp with Agar-Agar and bring to a boil until a kind of gelatin forms. Then, place this mixture in a syringe and pour it into a cold oil bath.       Fresh mint

      Ron

      Soda

      Strawberry pulp

      Sunflower oil

Prepared by

  • Strawberry pearls

    1. Mix the pulp and agar and bring to a boil.
    2. With the help of a syringe pour drops of the mixture at 60ºC into the very cold sunflower oil.
    3. Drain and wash the pearls in cold water. Keep in refrigerator.
  • Strawberry Mojito

    1. Cut the lime into small pieces and place in the base of a glass with the mint and sugar. Smash to extract the juices
    2. Add the shaved ice, rum and soda.
    3. Finish with strawberry pearls on top.
