Calcium chloride bath: Dissolve calcium chloride in mineral water to create a calcium solution. Generally, the recommended concentration is 10 grams of calcium chloride per liter of water.

Direct spherifications: Mix the sodium alginate with the liquid to be spherified. Prepare the Clorur bath:_ Dissolve the Clorur in water to create a calcium solution. Forming spheres:_ With the help of a spoon or syringe, pour the Alginate mixture and the desired liquid in drops into the Clorur bath. Rinsing the spheres:_ After leaving the spheres in the Clorur bath for a few seconds, remove them with a skimmer and rinse them gently in water.
