Air Bag Granillo de Cerdo is a product made from boiled, partially dehydrated and defatted pork skin. Dehydrated pork rinds need to be fried before consumption.
Fry in edible oil or fat at 200 °C for 1.30-2 minutes. Use as a crispy topping in preparations such as meats or vegetables, or serve as a side dish. Make sure the oil is at the right temperature to achieve a perfect texture.
