Last Wednesday we welcomed an exceptional group to our facilities in Navarcles: members of Relais Desserts, the worldwide association that brings together some of the best pastry shops in the world.
An elite with purpose
Relais Desserts is much more than an association: it is a global community committed to offering the highest quality to its customers and to sharing the latest innovations and concerns among members through annual meetings and internal publications. They represent technical excellence and passion for the craft at its highest expression.
A day of technical immersion
The group, who had been in Barcelona for two days as part of their annual meeting, made room in their agenda to visit us. The day combined tastings, lunch and, above all, a deep immersion in our production process.
The visit to our factory was the central axis of the tour: seeing firsthand how we work, what lies behind each ingredient and how we translate technique into tangible product.
It was an open dialogue where master pastry chefs from around the world shared questions, ideas and explored new technical possibilities with our team.
