Peta Crispy White Chocolate are carbonated candy granules coated with a blend of white chocolate (52%) and cocoa butter. Cream-colored, with a granule size of 2 to 4.5 mm, they burst in the mouth with a sparkling effervescence and a very versatile sweet and milky note.
Incorporate directly as a garnish on finished preparations. Contrast with acidic fruits and red berries to balance their sweetness. Sprinkle over creams and ice creams just before serving to preserve the popping sensation.

The cocoa butter coating acts as a hydrophobic barrier that delays moisture absorption and prolongs the product’s firmness and popping ability.
