Wet-proof salted caramel crispies are carefully crafted with a firm core of real caramel, protected by a special coating: a balanced blend of cocoa butter, caramel powder and a touch of fleur de sel.
Unlike other conventional toppings based on cookie or cereal, this crispy is based on a traditional caramel recipe, which ensures a much deeper flavor profile and a cleaner label. Its granulometry of 2 to 5 mm ensures loose pieces that provide visual brilliance and an exceptional bite that does not fade over time in the display case.
