Peta Crispy Strawberry are carbonated candy granules with strawberry, in a colour between pink and pale red and particle size of 2 to 4.5 mm. They burst in the mouth with a sparkling effervescence and a sweet, indulgent strawberry flavour.
Sprinkle directly over desserts, cakes, ice creams or chocolates. Take advantage of its sweet profile for indulgent creations with a nostalgic feel. Apply cold and just before service to preserve the burst.
Peta Crispy Strawberry are carbonated sugar granules with strawberry (5%) coated with a cocoa butter blend, in a colour between pink and pale red and between 2 and 4.5 mm. Inside they contain pressurised carbon dioxide that is released with the moisture of the mouth and triggers the effervescent burst of the peta. The strawberry provides a sweet and indulgent profile, with that pleasant and recognisable note that evokes the snack and ice cream of always, on which the crackling adds a fun and casual twist. The cocoa butter coating acts as a hydrophobic barrier that delays moisture absorption and helps preserve the firmness and effervescence of the granule.
