Use in substitution of sucrose in a 1:1 ratio to obtain confectionery and candy preparations with less calories and high heat resistance. Dissolve in the desired liquid or base and heat to the appropriate temperature for its correct integration. Ideal for working in caramelization techniques without risk of browning.
