Peta Crispy Dark Chocolate are carbonated caramel granules coated in a blend of 51% dark chocolate and cocoa butter. Brown in colour and 2 to 4.5 mm in size, they burst in the mouth with an intense effervescence and a deep cocoa flavour.
Incorporate directly as decoration or inclusion in finished preparations. Combine with bitter, roasted or coffee profiles to reinforce the cocoa note. Apply cold and just before service to preserve the pop.
Peta Crispy Dark Chocolate 51% are carbonated sugar granules coated with 51% dark chocolate and cocoa butter, brown in colour and between 2 and 4.5 mm. Each granule traps pressurised carbon dioxide that is released on contact with saliva and generates the effervescent burst that defines peta.
