On February 9, 2026, Sosa Ingredients participated in We Are FaceFood Mallorca 2026, the third edition of the international gastronomic meeting organized by FaceFoodMag, already consolidated as a reference event for professionals, brands and opinion leaders of the HORECA sector in the Balearic Islands.
A space for gastronomic innovation
The event took place at Casa Esment (from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm), an emblematic space that symbolizes social innovation, sustainability and commitment to inclusion. It brought together 50 premium brands that created 50 unique gastronomic experiences, designed to generate a direct dialogue between product, professionals and territory.
Our contribution: the Texturizer Wheel in action
Sosa Ingredients:“we were not only present showing our wide variety of products, but we went one step further: our chef Silma Ayres offered a technical demonstration focused on our innovative Texturizer Wheel, a fundamental tool for contemporary cuisine”.
Her intervention was a technical display of modern cuisine that reminded us that this discipline is also an exact science. Silma elevated the raw material through new textures, making it clear that real innovation requires a deep knowledge of the product.
It’s not just about aesthetics, but about precise tools at the service of taste and creativity.

A high-level program
The meeting brought together more than 20 guest speakers from different areas of the sector: chefs, pastry chefs, headwaiters, sommeliers, as well as professionals from administration, marketing and business management.
The official venue was the Nobis Hotel Palma 5*, where the national and international guests and the owners of the participating premium brands were accommodated. The hotel also hosted the welcome cocktail dinner, a previous meeting where gastronomic hedonism and excellence in hospitality marked the beginning of the event.

We will continue our participation in the Ibiza edition of We Are FaceFood, which will take place on March 13th at Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel.
