Peta Crispy Raspberry are carbonated caramel granules with raspberry, reddish in colour and with a granulometry of 2 to 4.5 mm. They burst in the mouth with a sparkling effervescence and a fresh, fruity raspberry flavour.
Sprinkle directly over desserts, tarts, ice creams or bonbons as a finish. Use their acidity to contrast with white chocolate and sweet preparations. Apply cold, just before service, to preserve the burst.
The Peta Crispy Raspberry are carbonated sugar granules coated with a blend of cocoa butter and raspberry, reddish in colour and between 2 and 4.5 mm. Each granule retains pressurised carbon dioxide that is released with the moisture in the mouth and produces the effervescent burst of the peta. The aromatic lead is taken by the raspberry, with its lively acidity and red fruit note, which combines with the crackling to create a refreshing and highly recognisable finish. The cocoa butter coating provides a hydrophobic barrier that delays moisture absorption and helps maintain the firmness and bubbling capacity of the product on the plate.
