1. Organizing company

SOSA INGREDIENTS, SLU (hereinafter COMPANY) with address at Colonia Galobart s/n, 08270 Navarcles, Barcelona, with CIF B08932188, organizes a DRAW called: Tickets to the Forum Gastronomic 2024 in order to build loyalty with its community on social networks, in this particular Instagram (Meta).

2. Disclaimer with respect to Instagram (META)

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user is totally dissociated from Instagram and is aware that they are providing their information to the COMPANY and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used to process the participant’s participation and to communicate the prize in the event that they are the winner.

3. Scope and duration

The activity will take place throughout the territory of Spain. The start date of the contest will be October 02, 2024 and the end date will be October 10, 2024.

4. Requirements to participate

The following may participate in the promotion: All natural persons over 18 years of age with legal residence in the European Union who are followers of the Sosa Ingredientes Instagram office page and who have a real user profile on Instagram.

If a person excluded from participation wins, they will lose their right to obtain the prize won and it will be awarded to the next person who meets the valid participation conditions from among the designated substitutes.

5. Prize – general conditions

The prize of one (1) nominative ticket to attend the event: Forum Gastronomic 2024 to be held on November 4, 5 and 6, 2024 will be awarded. The prize excludes any other type of transportation or lodging expenses.

6. Draw mechanics

Any Instagram physical person profile can participate in the draw. To do so, they must be a follower of the @sosaingredients profile; save the post and mention 2 friends in the comments box.

7. Winner selection

The draw will take place on October 10, 2024. The winners will be chosen by a random number generated by the app https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados or https://simpliers.com/es

8. Communication to the winner

If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the first contact attempt, or if they renounce the prize, we will proceed to select a new winner, the previous winner losing their right to claim their prize. The winner will receive the invitation via e-mail.

9. Reservations and limitations

The COMPANY is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification.

COMPANY excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which participation in the promotion is carried out, to the defrauding of the utility that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in access to the different pages and sending of participation responses through the internet or telephone communications enabled for this purpose.

COMPANY reserves the right to make changes that disseminate the proper purpose of the promotion when there is just cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent it from being carried out in the manner set forth in these rules. COMPANY reserves the right to postpone or extend the promotion period, as well as the power to interpret these legal bases.

The organizing COMPANY reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this promotion, if exceptional circumstances occur that prevent its realization, communicating said circumstances in a way that avoids any damage to the participants in the promotion.

The COMPANY will not be responsible for delays, losses or damages due to causes attributable to it. The company will also not be liable for cases of force majeure that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their prize. Likewise, the company will be exempt from all liability if any of the aforementioned cases occur, as well as from any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

The data provided by the participants will be treated confidentially and collected in an automated personal data file, the COMPANY being the owner and responsible for said file, with address, whose purpose will be exclusively the management of this draw.

COMPANY guarantees compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 in the processing of personal data collected in this promotion, especially with regard to the attention of the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants.
