Promousse is a neutral base designed for the preparation of mousses and semifreddos. It acts as a thickener and stabilizer, providing a homogeneous and creamy texture without the use of eggs or heat. It is a versatile ingredient ideal for sweet and savory preparations.
Mode of use
Add Promousse to the desired liquid (milk, cream, fruit puree, etc.) and mix with a blender until completely dissolved. It does not require heat to activate, which facilitates its use in cold applications.
