Air Bag Potato Flour is a blend of wheat flour and potato starch, designed to achieve amazing textures in the kitchen. When fried, it expands up to 4-5 times its original size, creating a light and crispy product. Ideal for use on its own or in batter, it adds a unique and visually stunning touch to any preparation.
Fry in hot oil at 190 °C ± 5 °C for 10-15 seconds. Incorporate as a batter for proteins or vegetables, or use on its own for crispy and light side dishes. Be sure to keep the frying temperature constant for optimal puffing.
