Our participation in the European Selection 2026 of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie

As a company specialising in premium ingredients for gastronomy and, above all, for professional pastry, we have long supported the talent that drives the evolution of the sector. Our commitment to innovation, technique and excellence has led us to sponsor several qualifying rounds of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (CMP), a competition that brings together the world’s best pastry teams and serves as a creative engine for the entire pastry community.

For this edition, we are proud to announce our participation as premium sponsors of the European Selection of the CMP, taking place on January 18 and 19, 2026, during Sirha Bake & Snack, an essential event for bakery, pastry and snacking professionals. This stage will bring together the top national teams in a technical, festive and highly competitive atmosphere.

Participating teams in the European Selection

The organization has confirmed the participation of the following countries:

  • Belgium.
  • France.
  • Italy.
  • Netherlands.
  • Spain.
  • Sweden.
  • Switzerland.
  • Ukraine.
  • United Kingdom.

Each team arrives after winning their respective national selections held throughout 2025. The qualifying spots will grant access to the CMP World Final, which will take place in Sirha Lyon on January 22 and 23, 2027.

This continental round is a genuine showcase of creativity, technical mastery and ingredient expertise, often marking a turning point in a team’s trajectory.

Our participation in France’s qualification round

This year we also had the opportunity to collaborate actively in the French national selection, one of the most iconic and competitive teams in CMP history. Our involvement focused on technical support, key ingredient supply and direct collaboration throughout the testing and preparation phases.

Supporting team Spain: a natural and necessary commitment

Spain’s participation in this edition carries special significance. After a long absence, the country returns to the competition with a talented and cohesive team, eager to reclaim visibility on the international stage. From the very beginning, we wanted to support them in a natural, organic and mission-aligned way.

The team consists of:

The teams will compete to obtain their ticket to the 2027 world final, a stage where the elite of international pastry meets to show the highest level of execution.
