Green Lacquer Dye Powder is a fat-soluble synthetic colorant formulated to provide a vibrant and stable green color in food applications containing fats. This product guarantees excellent color performance and is ideal for creations that require uniform and long lasting shades in fat or lipid bases.
This food colouring is designed exclusively for food use and a maximum dosage of ≤300 mg/kg is recommended, in accordance with current regulations. It is perfect for direct incorporation into fatty preparations such as butters, oils or homogeneous mixtures. To obtain a uniform colour, it is best to dissolve the colouring in the fatty base before adding it to the final preparation.
