The Cooper Lacquer Colouring Powder is a fat-soluble synthetic metallic colouring formulated to provide a vibrant and stable cooper (bronze) color in food applications containing fats. This product guarantees excellent color performance and is ideal for creations that require uniform and lasting tones in fatty or lipid bases.
This food colouring is designed exclusively for food use and a maximum dosage of ≤500 mg/kg is recommended, following current regulations. It is perfect for direct integration into fatty preparations such as shortenings, oils or homogeneous mixtures. To obtain a uniform colour, it is ideal to dissolve the colorant in the fat base before incorporating it into the final preparation.
