The Burgundy Lacquer Colouring Powder is a fat-soluble synthetic colouring formulated to provide a stable burgundy (wine red) colour in food applications containing fats. This product guarantees excellent colour performance and is ideal for creations that require uniform and long-lasting shades in fat or lipid bases.
This food colouring is designed exclusively for food use and a maximum dosage of ≤300 mg/kg is recommended, in accordance with current regulations. It is perfect for direct incorporation into fatty preparations such as butters, oils or homogeneous mixtures. To obtain a uniform colour, it is best to dissolve the colouring in the fatty base before adding it to the final preparation.
