Liquid Smoked Flavouring is a water-soluble concentrate on glycerine base that captures the characteristic flavor of the ember. This aroma complies with the new European regulation on Fatty Smoke Flavouring that has been applied since 01/01/2026, where the presence of burnt components is prohibited. This smoked aroma has the same organoleptic profile as the previous ones.

How to Use

Shake well before use. Dose 1-5 g per kilogram of preparation, to provide smoky flavor in sauces and beverages. Mix thoroughly in the recipe to ensure an even distribution of the aroma. Do not consume directly; use within the recommended dosage in combination with other ingredients.

Flavour: – Flavouring substances, – Natural flavouring substances. Carriers: – Glycerine (E422), – Water.

Remarks

It is recommended to store between 15-25°C, in a dry place, protected from light, in its original packaging until use and closed. Once opened, it is recommended to store at room temperature. The secondary shelf life is the same as the primary shelf life (before opening), provided storage conditions are respected.
