One Month after its Premiere: “MasterChef” Conquers with its New Format

“MasterChef”, one month after its premiere, has already conquered the promise of experiencing gastronomic adventures, with talent and participants facing a double format of tests that have become two weekly appointments in its broadcasts.

With each broadcast from Sosa Ingredients, we feel much more proud to be part of this competition, which is so deeply rooted in Spanish culture and, of course, in the world of gastronomy. We are pleased to see our technical texturizing products in the Supermarket for another year; a space that has been renovated and expanded and is added within the 600-square-meter recording set that also includes the living room and kitchens with 30 workstations.

We have already been able to observe the use of Soy Lecithin for a preparation with foam; within Alex’s proposal in his “Risotto with Gorgonzola Cheese Foam.” As well as the use of Vegetable Gelatin used by Eneko in his proposal of “Parmigiana Risotto in a Guanciale Veil.” We are extremely pleased with how, program after program, the participants take more risks in using our SOSA products.

We eagerly await another week of “Masterchef” in its eleventh edition, as within the content that has been promised, we will be able to see: ancestral conservation techniques, a veal race, a honey battle, the presentation of a breadless sandwich, and the creation of a cocoa tree, where we will surely see the best chocolate for the delight of the diners.
