Sosa Ingredients strengthens its international presence at the spring meeting of Relais Desserts 2025

For over 40 years, Relais Desserts has brought together the world’s elite in Haute Pâtisserie, promoting excellence and innovation in French pastry on a global scale. This 2025 edition, we had the honor of participating in the international spring meeting, a prestigious gathering of more than one hundred pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and ice cream makers from all over the world — all united by a shared passion for craftsmanship and excellence.

Sosa Ingredients was represented by our CEO, Daniel Rio, and pastry chef Jean Sivieude who were present throughout the event to personally engage with the attendees. It was a valuable opportunity to present some of our latest innovations, answer questions, exchange ideas, and — above all — forge new connections with leading professionals in the field.

This marks our second participation in a Relais Desserts event, made possible through our ongoing collaboration with Valrhona, a key strategic partner who shares our commitment to excellence and innovation in high-end pastry.
