Aroma Natural Haba Tonka is a water-soluble concentrate in glycerin base that encapsulates the spicy spice with exotic, sweet and warm nuances of the tonka bean. Its versatility allows its integration in aqueous and fatty bases with up to 95% oil content, offering a practical solution to enhance flavors in various culinary and pastry preparations.
Shake well before use. Dose 0.2 g per kilogram of preparation (approximately 6 drops) according to the desired intensity. Incorporate completely into the recipe to achieve a homogeneous distribution of the aroma. Do not consume directly; mix with other foods within the recommended dosage.
