Synthetic Blue Powder Colouring is a high-purity water-soluble colouring designed for food applications that require an intense, vibrant and uniform colour. This colouring has been produced from mineral salts or by chemical synthesis. Very low concentrations are needed to provide the desired colour and it shows high stability over time and in different media.
This food colouring can be added directly to the desired preparation, ensuring rapid and homogeneous dissolution in aqueous media. The recommended dosage is ≤ 300 mg/kg, in accordance with current regulations and the desired colour intensity. It is suggested to incorporate the colorant gradually while mixing for optimum results.
