Black Synthetic Dye Powder is a high purity water soluble dye designed for food applications that require an intense, vibrant and uniform color.
This dye has been produced based on salts of mineral origin or by chemical synthesis.
They need very low concentrations to provide the desired color and show a
high stability over time and in different media.
This colorant can be added directly to the desired preparation, ensuring fast and homogeneous dissolution in aqueous media. The recommended dosage is 0.5 to 2g/kg, in accordance with current regulations and the desired color intensity.
It is suggested to incorporate the colorant gradually while mixing for optimum results.
