Aroma Natural Black Truffle is a liposoluble concentrate made in oil base. This aroma is ideal for applications in fatty media, such as toppings, pralines and other high-fat preparations, offering a perfect integration and an intense aromatic profile.
Dose 0.5 – 1 g per kilogram of preparation according to the desired intensity. Incorporate the aroma directly into the fat base and mix well to achieve a uniform distribution. Do not consume directly; use within the recommended dosage in combination with other ingredients.
