Natural Yuzu Paste Concentrate is an ingredient developed to provide the authentic flavor and aroma characteristic of yuzu to a wide range of pastry and ice cream preparations. It is recommended to use the concentrated pastes at a dosage of 50 g/kg, adjusting according to the desired flavor intensity. To ensure uniform distribution, incorporate it directly into the dough, cream or mix, making sure to integrate it completely during the beating or mixing process.
