Natural Forest Berry Paste Concentrate is an ingredient developed to provide the authentic flavor and aroma characteristic of berries to a wide range of bakery and ice cream preparations. Belonging to our line of Natural Concentrated Pastes, this product combines quality and versatility, offering an intense pink color that enhances the appearance of the preparations.
It is recommended to use the concentrated pastes at a dosage of 50 g/kg, adjusting according to the desired flavor intensity. To ensure uniform distribution, incorporate it directly into the dough, cream or mix, making sure to integrate it completely during the beating or mixing process.
