The mix for sweet crepes is a powdered mix designed to facilitate the preparation of light and soft crepes with a sweet and delicious flavor. This product contains a combination of selected ingredients that ensure a perfect texture and an irresistible taste.
Mix the powder with water, milk or eggs according to the recipe to be followed, beat until a smooth dough without lumps is obtained.
