Natural Pistachio Aroma is a glycerin-based water-soluble concentrate that captures the notes of this nut. Its composition makes it ideal for enhancing both aqueous and fatty bases with up to 95% oil content. This aroma is perfect for adding a touch of sweet and salty notes as well as earthy notes to your culinary and pastry creations.
Shake well before use. Dose 0.2 g per kilogram of preparation (approximately 6 drops) according to the desired intensity. Stir thoroughly into the mixture to ensure the flavour is evenly distributed. Do not consume directly; mix with other foods within the recommended dosage.
