Dulce de Leche Natural Paste Concentrate is an ingredient developed to provide the authentic flavor and aroma characteristic of dulce de leche to a wide range of confectionery and ice cream preparations. Belonging to our line of Natural Concentrated Pastes, this product combines quality and versatility, offering an intense brown color that enhances the appearance of the preparations.
It is recommended to use the concentrated pastes in a dosage of 200 – 300g/kg, adjusting according to the desired flavor intensity. To ensure even distribution, incorporate it directly into the dough, cream or mix, making sure to integrate it completely during the beating or mixing process.
