Mango Natural Paste is an ingredient elaborated to provide the authentic flavor and aroma characteristic of mango to a wide range of pastry and ice cream preparations. Belonging to our Natural Concentrated paste line, this product combines quality and versatility, offering a mango yellow color that enhances the appearance of the preparations.
It is recommended to use the concentrated pastes at a dosage of 50 g/kg, adjusting according to the desired flavor intensity. To ensure uniform distribution, incorporate it directly into the dough, cream or mix, making sure to integrate it completely during the beating or mixing process.
