Natural Lime Aroma is a water-soluble concentrate in a glycerin base that captures the citrus notes of this fruit. Its composition makes it ideal for enhancing both aqueous and fatty bases with up to 95% oil content. This aroma is perfect for adding a fresh and sophisticated touch to your culinary and pastry creations.
Shake well before use. Dose 0.2 g per kilogram of preparation (approximately 6 drops) according to the desired intensity. Stir thoroughly into the mixture to ensure the flavour is evenly distributed. Do not consume directly; mix with other foods within the recommended dosage.
