Gelatin of pork animal origin. Approximately 500 sheets/Kg. 1 sheet = 2.3 g. 230 BLOOM.
Mode of use
Hydration: Soak the desired amount of gelatin sheets in cold water for 5-7 minutes. Drain: Remove the sheets from the water and press them gently to drain excess water. Dissolving in hot masses: Incorporate the drained gelatin sheets directly into the hot preparation. Stir until completely dissolved. Dissolving in cold masses: If the preparation is cold (like cream), first heat the drained sheets in a small saucepan until dissolved. Add a small amount of the cold mixture to the dissolved gelatin, stirring well. Then add this mixture to the rest of the preparation. Cooling: Let the preparation stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours for it to gel properly. Storage: Store in a dry place.
