The black garlic cloves have undergone an internal caramelization, the grains become black as coal, have a soft texture and a slightly acidulous and sweet flavor, reminiscent of balsamic vinegar with hints of licorice, very easy to digest.
Mode of use
Black garlic can be eaten raw or cooked in the same way as fresh garlic. It can also be used in any recipe where white garlic is usually used.

Store in a dry place (humidity <60%). Temperature between 15-25°C. Protect from light and odors. Consume preferably within 18 months. Secondary shelf life is the same as the primary shelf life (before opening), provided storage conditions are respected.
