Sosa Open House

Last Monday, May 13, 2024, we successfully celebrated our Sosa Open House, which was attended by nearly a hundred customers from various restaurants, pastry shops, and ice cream parlors throughout Catalonia.

The day included a wide variety of activities, whose main objective was to strengthen the relationship with our customers. These actions took place between two locations: the Hotel Món Sant Benet in Sant Fruitós de Bages and our attractive and picturesque facilities located in Navarcles.

The event kicked off at Món Sant Benet with a Brands Congress featuring prominent brands: Sosa, El Raiguer, Norohy, Chocolatree, Valrhona, La Rose Noire, Petra, Corman, Elle & Vire and Adamance. There, customers enjoyed live explanations by experts, table tastings, and had the opportunity to learn about new product launches and activations.

Subsequently, and emphasizing the main objective of the event, attendees visited the new Sosa facilities in Navarcles. During the tour, they were able to observe our production process up close, learn about the production of our products, and taste some of them. In addition, they accessed the Sosa Classroom, where they had the opportunity to recall basic culinary techniques through a demo led by our renowned chef Edu Azuaza.

Finally, the day concluded at Món Sant Benet with a cocktail-lunch that left attendees with an excellent taste in their mouths. Our talented chef Guillermo Corral presented delicious savory creations, while our virtuoso chef Edu Azuaza delighted guests with sweet delicacies.

Overall, we shared a very pleasant day with the aim of strengthening collaboration with our customers and continuing to design and reimagine gastronomy together for the next 20 years.
