As every year, we have had the honor of participating in the Gastronomic Forum – Barcelona 2024, an event that has become an unmissable annual event for our clients and distributors. This year, the event was held from November 4 to 6, 2024 at the Montjuic complex – Barcelona, and our stand B217 was the epicenter of innovation and flavor.
In this edition, we shared our stand with some of the prestigious brands of Valrhona Selección: Valrhona, Adamance and Norohy. Together, we presented a comprehensive range of high-quality products that delighted attendees and showcased the best of contemporary gastronomy.
The Texturizing Wheel
One of the highlights of our participation was the presentation of our reflection work on current texturizers, which we call “The Texturizing Wheel”. This innovative tool aims to be a visual map that facilitates product selection and solves everyday problems in the kitchen or workshop.
We invite all interested parties to download the Texturizing Wheel for printing and daily use in their kitchens.
Tasting Menu
During the three days of the Forum, we offered an exclusive Tasting Menu that allowed our clients and attendees to delight in the creations of our technical team of chefs. Each dish was a demonstration of our passion for gastronomy and commitment to innovation and quality.
