Bake & Snack 2026

From January 18 to 21, we participated in Bake & Snack, held at the Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles in Paris, a key professional meeting point for the European bakery, pastry and snacking sector. Events like this allow us to share technical knowledge, discover new trends and stay closely connected with the professionals who work daily in pastry labs and creative kitchens.

Our presence focused on offering real product and technical experiences, demonstrating how functional ingredients can be integrated into modern, high-value gastronomic proposals.

Valrhona Selection and Fika Time

Throughout the four days of the fair, we were present at Stand M6 alongside Valrhona Selection, showcasing creations under the Fika Time, a creative pause designed for mindful enjoyment within the professional rhythm.

Our proposal combined technical tastings, product presentations and practical inspiration for real foodservice formats, proving how innovation and practicality can coexist in demanding professional environments.

Sponsorship and participation in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie – European Selection

On January 18 and 19, the CMP 2026 European Selection took place, one of the most relevant competitions in the international pastry world. Participating countries included Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

The European phase is also a major step toward the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie Grand Finale, which will be held in January 2027 during Sirha Lyon. At this stage, many of the teams that will compete for the world title are selected, making it a true gateway to the elite of international pastry.

For professionals, it offers a unique opportunity to validate techniques, refine competition strategies and measure the creative pulse of the sector on a global scale.

As sponsors, we reaffirmed our commitment to the technical evolution of the sector and to supporting professional talent. This competition represents a key platform for innovation, technical excellence and the development of new generations of pastry chefs.

Results of the CMP 2026 European Selection

The competition stood out for its high technical and creative level. The final results were:
• 🥇 France
• 🥈 Belgium
• 🥉 Italy

The Spanish team will also attend the Grand Finale after receiving a Wild Card from the organization. Although the team did not present a project with strong winning chances at this stage, they delivered a solid performance with bold and well-developed proposals. The effort behind the work was evident, as well as the many hours of preparation and collaboration with professionals from different disciplines.

This Wild Card now opens a new opportunity to review and strengthen key aspects in order to improve the overall performance and increase the chances of success at the final stage.

A meeting point for technique, community and innovation

Bake & Snack 2026 provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships with professionals, share applied knowledge and continue developing technical solutions aligned with the real needs of the gastronomic sector. Our presence in Paris reinforces our commitment to responsible innovation, continuous training and building a stronger culinary community.
