Based on natural enzymes, it achieves results that cannot be obtained with physical methods, such as pectin degradation to soften vegetable peels or stems.
Mode of use
To peel citrus fruits: 1. Prick the skin of the citrus fruit. 2. Dissolve 1 part of enzyme in 10 parts of water. 3. Place the citrus fruit in a bag, cover with the solution, and vacuum seal. 4. Wait 20 minutes, peel, and rinse with cold water. To remove the white fibrous part: 1. Dissolve 1 part of enzyme in 10 parts of water. 2. Place the peeled citrus fruit in a bag with the solution, vacuum seal, and heat to 40 °C in a bain-marie. 3. Leave to act for 20 minutes, remove the white fibers, and rinse with cold water.
