Lemon natural flavouring is an oil-based, fat-soluble concentrate designed to bring the fresh and vibrant flavor of lemon to your preparations. This aroma is ideal for applications in fatty media, such as toppings, pralines and other preparations with high fat content, offering a perfect integration and an intense aromatic profile.
Dose 0.2 g per kilogram of preparation (approximately 6 drops) according to the desired intensity. Incorporate the aroma directly into the fat base and mix well to achieve a uniform distribution. Do not consume directly; use within the recommended dosage in combination with other ingredients.
